Road trip!

It's the time of year for vacations and fun! My husband and I LOVE road trips. Our honey moon was a road trip, that's how much we love them! :)

So, for our 1 year anniversary (so excited!) we are planning our next trip. I am so looking forward to spending time with my hubby... listening to music, talking about the future and just relaxing. Seriously, I can't wait!!

Wanna know where we are planning to go?! Before I tell you, here's a lil more info... Our wedding anniversary is July 30, so we are planning around that. We have requested our days off from work. We have borrowed travel books. We still need a kitty sitter (poor lil Piper). Soooo, we are going to....

The Grand Canyon!!

Have you been there? I haven't. I am SO excited! Yes, I know it's going to be boiling hot. But I grew up in the desert, I should be able to make it, right?! Yikes.

Anyway... I am so excited to visit somewhere new. I love exploring. And it's even more fun with my hubby :)

I don't have too much else to share with you other than our location, but we are in the planning stage of our trip. And to be honest, we kind of just like to GO. Figure things out along the way. That's what we did for our 2 week honey moon! We planned a day at a time. And it was awesome.

Freaks me out!!! I don't know that I will have the guts to walk out on this thing. My hubby would probably LOVE to do this though. Hmmm we will see how much courage I have on that day, huh!

We still have over a month until we get to explore, but it will be here in no time!! So so so EXCITED :)
